Obesity epidemic fears

The World Heart Federation says that 22 million children
worldwide are overweight and that obesity rates could lead the way
to a global epidemic of heart disease.

According to Dr John Reilly, from Glasgow University, childhood
obesity in the UK has reached epidemic levels with serious
implications for the health of the population.
