Climbie managers ‘should take blame’

Most visitors to Community Care‘s website thought that the
senior managers in place at the time of Victoria Climbie’s death
should accept responsibility for their part in the failure to
protect her.

Eighty-four per cent said senior managers should make a public
statement accepting responsibility.

This week’s question asks: Should there be a national
co-ordinated welfare-based strategy for young offenders to keep
young people out of prison and prevent re-offending as called for
by the Michael Sieff Foundation this week?
