‘How can care be more child-centred?’

Bureaucracy within the care system must be minimised to create a
better balance when working with children, according to the
findings of the Blueprint project.

The project, run by charities Voice for the Child in Care and the
National Children’s Bureau, looked at how the care system could be
made more child-centred.

The findings will be formally launched at a conference on 19
February.
