Hutchinson rewarded in Queen’s Birthday Honours

The former director of social services at Portsmouth Council Rob
Hutchinson has been awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours,
writes Clare Jerrom.

At the same time it emerged that Ruth Fasht, the former director of
the Adoption Register for England and Wales, was awarded and OBE
for services to children and families.
