Going to boarding school when I was 13.

I wish I was a genius.

The US actress Courtney Cox Arquette.

The History of the World by JM Roberts. I’m mad about history.

How would you spend a lottery win?
I’d give the money to charity.

What is your greatest achievement?
Passing my A-levels in history, French and German when I was 17.

“La Superstition met le monde en flammes” – Superstition sets the world alight.

The novelist Iain Banks.

Keeping the UK united.
