EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

To

TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF A BESPOKE CARE SERVICE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop a bespoke service for an energetic young person with complex needs including autism.

The young person is aged 16 and currently resides in a residential special school.

The Council is inviting expressions of interest for the provision of a service which will provide this young man with suitable long term accommodation and appropriate innovative care services in an individualised setting within the City of Hull or surrounding area.

Organisations will need to demonstrate:-

  • Experience and understanding of the needs of a young person with complex care needs

  • Expertise in caring for a young person with Autism

  • Sound organisational and financial standing (including being registered with the appropriate Inspection Commission}

  • Evidence of robust quality assurance arrangements and procedures covering all major aspects of the provision and the ability to meet a wide range of quality and monitoring requirements

    The Council will consider consortia or partnership bids as well as individual organisation bids.
