Expressions of Interest are sought for the provision of Care, Support and Enablement Services for Adults with a Learning Disability

Nottingham City Council and NHS Nottingham City are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement covering the above services, which will run for aterm of four years. Providers will be required to develop flexible services which will respond to the Personalisation agenda and be outcome focussedas set out in the HM Government publications ‘Putting People First’ and ‘Our Health, Our Care, Our Say’. The Framework Agreement is an integral part ofthe commissioning strategy to move self directed support to the mainstream of service delivery in Nottingham. It is intended to permit other public sector bodies to have access to the Framework Agreement.

There will be a two stage tender process. Interested parties will initially be asked to complete and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire; those parties invited to go on to the formal tender stage will complete an Invitation to Tender questionnaire. It is anticipated that contact award to the Framework Agreement will be made by October 2009.

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be completed and returned to Nottingham City Council by 12 noon on Friday 1 May 2009; it can be downloaded and electronically returned through:
