Funky Flamingo is an internet TV channel run by and for people with learning disabilities, and it has a dedicated youth section showcasing short animation, drama and visits by its young members in Cambridgeshire. The site is intended to provide a creative outlet for young people who wouldn’t normally get such opportunities, and it now accepts submissions from other organisations to broaden its appeal – also on the site are videos by pupils of specialist schools elsewhere in the country, and award ceremony footage from Funky Flamingo itself.
