The Parkinson’s Disease Society released a report earlier this month detailing the difficulties that people who suffer from the disease and their carers have in accessing services. The society’s website has a dedicated section for professionals – either follow the link above or click through the right of the society’s homepage – complete with good practice examples, details of the many training courses the society runs and all the relevant policies and documents to caring for people who have the disease.
