12 July 2012, Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London

Age UK is proud to present this one day conference dedicated to services for older people, bringing together over 200 service professionals to explore the potential opportunities we have in relation to the commissioning, design, delivery and quality of services.

At the conference delegates will have the opportunity to hear from high profile speakers, including: Dan Corry, Chief Executive of New Philanthropy Capital, Lord Adebowale CBE, Chief Executive of Turning Point, Professor Dennis L Kodner, International Visiting Fellow of The Kings Fund, Phil Hope, Director of Improving Care, Dr Gabriella Spinelli, Director of the Business Strategy and Innovation Programme, Brunel University, plus many more.

Chaired by Dianne Jeffrey CBE DL, Chairman of Age UK, the conference will cover issues including: redefining services, understanding and reaching your customer, integrating health and social care and the latest views on Social Impact Bonds. The conference will close with an engaging afternoon plenary session focusing on why service design matters and the impact on the user.  Use this event as an opportunity to network, gain useful contacts and take away practical ideas to make what you do even better.
