Are social workers getting the supervision they need?

Complete our 'state of social work supervision' survey to share your experience of support

Reflective supervision is, or at least should be, a cornerstone of social work practice but are social workers getting enough of it? We’re looking to establish the level and effectiveness of supervision support in place for social workers – from frontline staff to team managers – through the second of our annual ‘state of supervision’ surveys.

Please take the time to fill the survey in, whether you are a student, social worker, supervisor or team manager. It asks for details about your current supervision and for your views on the kind of support social workers need in order to practise safely. The survey closes on 17 June and we will use the anonymous results to highlight any poor practice and cover good work.
