A children's social worker from Wales has been warned about his conduct after making false expense claims and time-keeping records.
Barrie John, a former project worker with Barnardo's Cymru in Bridgend, was found to have breached the code of practice by repeated dishonest behaviour.
A Care Council for Wales conduct committee found John fabricated meetings with service users which he did not attend and "fraudulently" claimed mileage expenses.
The committee also found he failed to work openly, co-operatively and respectfully with colleagues, and placed an admonishment against his record for five years.
John, who now works for Neath Port Talbot council, was employed at the Taith project for children who demonstrate sexually harmful behaviour, from March 2006 until May 2008.
A Barnardo's spokesperson said: "He was subject of an investigation into claims for expenses when he resigned from his post."
