We are looking for properties with the following -
* 12-20 units
* Registered with CQC as residential care home or capable of meeting CQC standards with minimal expenditure
* Vacant possession
* Long lease preferred but properties for sale also considered
* Particularly interested in suitable properties in south- west London
* Also interested in properties in south-east England outside London
