Groups of young people will be meeting government ministers to discuss local issues at a series of nine events in different parts of England. The events, called “Str8 up!” have been organised by the Children and Young people’s Unit and will be hosted by local youth radio presenters.
They will be open only to specially selected and invited young people, and the ministers who will attend have not been identified.
