A major survey focusing on the rights of disabled people has begun as part of the Disability Capital 2003 initiative set up by London mayor Ken Livingstone.
The survey covers issues affecting Londoners including transport, housing and discrimination. The aim is to collect people's views on the barriers they face in everyday life.
The results will be presented at the Disability Capital Conference in December.
