Hampshire Council has appointed REA MATTOCKS as director of adult
social services. She joins from Merton Council in London, where she
is director of community and housing.
jane barker is to be chief executive of Methodist Homes housing
association, part of the MHA Care Group charity, which also
includes Methodist Homes for the Aged.
NANCY PLATTS will join the Maternity Alliance as director in June.
The charity campaigns to improve support for pregnant women, new
parents and babies. Platts is acting director at the Daycare Trust.

Voluntary adoption agency Parents and Children Together has
appointed SARAH PEPYS as adoption and fostering manager. The
charity operates in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
DAVID CAMERON is to be director of children's services at Stirling
Council and will start his new job in June. A former teacher, he
joins from East Lothian Council, where he is head of education.
