Mental health trusts have improved their performance over the past year, with the number of zero-star trusts down from seven to five, writes Simeon Brody.

year, but only a quarter achieved the top three-star rating.
Charity Mind said the five mental health trusts achieving no stars
should be given the support and resources to improve quickly.
