Respect lapse by 'tsar' Louise Casey

The head of the government's antisocial behaviour taskforce was accused of lacking respect this week when she was 15 minutes late in logging on to a live internet chat.

Respect tsar Louise Casey admitted it was a "fair cop" after one participant in the discussion on Downing Street's website asked: "Does it not show some respect for your audience to appear on time?"

Casey added: "Downing Street had a power cut apparently... they called it technical challenges. I can only apologise but I'm here now!"
