Can CPA reviews and other such mechanisms help to identify un-met needs and develop services to cover gaps? How well do such mechanisms actually seem to work?
* Should we be maintaining strict divisions in community mental between healthcare, social care, and support? When is it helpful to keep such distinctions clear, and when is it helpful to blur or cross these boundaries?

* What do you know of the recovery approach? How does this approach differ from the more conventional approach of statutory agencies? Does it accord with social work values?
