www.worriedneed2talk.org.uk

STAR RATING 3/5

Who is it run by? The NSPCC.

Who is it for? Teenagers who want to talk about issues such as abuse, bullying and relationship difficulties.

Highlight: This site has recently been updated to make it more accessible. New additions include a British sign language video version of its entire content and a facility allowing different sections to be listened to.

The site successfully fulfils its aim of making teenagers feel like they are not alone by directing them towards people and organisations they can turn to if they are concerned about abuse or a range of other issues.

It has also recently been rewritten to make it more accessible and the benefits of this come across when difficult situations are dealt with in a clear honest style.

This is a high quality site but quotes from young people themselves about situations they have experienced would improve it further.
