A disabled man has complained that council bosses do not give his carer enough time to tend his Afro, The Sun reports. Dave Jurgenson, 26, who has cerebal palsy, wants a helper to plait, braid and grease his hair. The film student said: “If I’m invited somewhere special, I can’t go with a big Afro.”
Reading borough council “declined to comment.”
