Community Care presents our first ever vodcast from the National Children and Adult Services conference in Brighton last week.
The broadcast focuses on the issue of independent GP-style practices for social workers. Although initially mooted in the children in care green paper, if it proves successful, the radical style of working could be rolled out to all social work services.
We interview care services minister Ivan Lewis, the new ADSS president John Coughlan and former MP Hilton Dawson along with other high profile delegates at the NCAS conference.
