The Cornwall abuse scandal once again highlighted the weaknesses that still exist in protecting adults from abuse. In this speacial report, we highlight how two aspects of practice - whistleblowing and involving service users - can strengthen our approach to adult protection. We also look at what can happen when one staff member dominate others, making them reluctant to report fears over abuse.
