The River Cottage Cookbook by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. It's about how to cook and how to live off the land.
If you won the lottery how would you spend it?
Buy a smallholding with a fishing lake and raise my own produce and livestock. I'd hold open days and fishing competitions to raise money for charity.
What is your greatest achievement?
Potholing and abseiling in Cheddar Gorge.
When did you have the most fun?
First holiday camping with my wife and three children.
What makes you angry?
People who think they are better than you.
What cause would you fight for?
Educating parents and children to eat better food.
How would you like to be remembered?
As a loving father and husband.
