Association of Directors of Adult Social Services president Anne Williams warned providers this week that they had to adapt to the changing requirements of social care services, driven by the increased personalisation of care.
In a speech to the National Care Forum, the representative body for not-for-profit providers, Williams said failing to work in partnership with other providers or supply good quality information on services to users, carers and the public “will simply not be realistic options” in future.
