The General Social Care Council has cautioned a social worker who was banned from driving for a year following a serious motoring offence.
Rosemary Arnold, who is based in Portsmouth, will have an admonishment placed on her GSCC record until next August, after being found guilty of misconduct.
The GSCC conduct committee considered the exceptional stresses encountered by Arnold before the incident and the fact it appeared to be an isolated occurrence.
