Reform of the Welfare Food Scheme - national rollout of the new Healthy Start scheme begins.

Lone parents - roll-out of six-monthly work-focused interviews to those who have been on benefit for a year and whose youngest child is under 14.

Migration to child tax credit - transfer of remaining families in receipt of income support/JSA due to be completed during the year.

- housing benefit sanctions to be used to tackle anti-social behaviour in pilot areas.

Maternity pay - goal of 12 months paid maternity leave with the right to transfer entitlement to father
