This programme aims to improve the quality of the lives of vulnerable people – from young people to older people with learning disabilities by proving a stable environment which enables greater independence.
It supports high-quality and strategically planned housing-related services that are cost effective and reliable and complement existing care services. The emphasis is on making planning and development needs led. The programme works in partnership with government, voluntary agencies, public bodies, support agencies and service users.
