There are many great projects and initiatives happening in social care across the UK. But often it is difficult to share these ideas and innovative solutions, and teams can end up reinventing the wheel. That is where the Excellence Network comes in.
Social care leaders involved in innovative projects are invited to nominate their teams and exceptional individuals. Our panel of leading figures will award Certificates of Achievement to the most outstanding teams, making them members of the network. They will also recognise a number of Community Care Champions – individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty.
Community Care will announce the results at a high-profile lunch and ceremony next May and will spread the word about the honoured teams through the magazine, website and our conferences and events – providing a huge platform for your excellence.
How to Enter
We are now seeking entries for the 2009 Excellence Network. All you have to do is complete our simple online application form. A few minutes of your time now could see your team recognised nationally. There are five categories and you can enter as many as you like, but all applications must be tailored to the criteria of the relevant category. Entries must be with us by 4 February 2009.
