Individuals and organisations are being asked their views on the treatment of asylum seekers.

Monday 28 January 2008 15:16

Individuals and organisations are being asked their views on the treatment of asylum seekers.

The Independent Asylum Commission wants to test the nation's views and values in events on local radio stations, interactive online TV channels and a series of public meetings.

The results of the Citizens Speak consultation will feed into the final recommendations of the commission's two-year inquiry into the treatment of asylum seekers, which will report this year.
