A man charged with planting a bomb outside Doncaster Council’s children’s services has been sent for trial at Doncaster Crown Court.
James William Wilson, 42, of Hyde Park, Doncaster, was charged with making an explosive device with intent to endanger life or injure property.
Wilson appeared before Doncaster magistrates yesterday and was ordered to remain in custody until his crown court appearance on 6 May.
On 22 April, disposal experts defused a bomb, consisting of several gas canisters in a bag, outside Concorde House in Carr Lane.
The incident followed a series of critical reports into Doncaster children's services.
