I was very surprised to read a letter of complaint from Karen Hesketh of Sheffield in your magazine about her son’s experience when he visited Harrogate Connexions Centre.
The comments made are all the more surprising given that Harrogate Connexions Centre has been awarded the Youth Charter this year, which is an independent award made by young people.
I can only apologise to Karen Hesketh’s son if he did not receive the service and guidance which he deserved.
