Signing in with your usual Community Care email and password will allow you to post on the forums immediately, although you may be asked to provide an additional nickname, which will be your public user name for the site.
If you are not already registered with Community Care, signing up is very quick and easy - click on the 'join' link at the top of the page.
Each user chooses their own nickname on the site rather than their name, so you can remain completely anonymous on the forums if you wish. If you don't want to be identified remember not to fill in your name in the "edit profile" section!
Also, if you receive private messages on CareSpace, please respond using the CareSpace private messaging system rather than your own email. This will keep your email address private.
