The Every Child Matters: Change for Children programme, has determined the move towards joint planning and commissioning of the majority of children’s social care services and away from
agencies working in isolation. The government target of having an established Children’s Trust in every local area by 2008 is fast approaching and you need to be confident that the transition to fully integrated children’s services, in your area, is well under way.
