Children of separated parents, the parents themselves, looked
after children and carers need support from different services,
including mediation services, legal services and contact centres.
Professionals working with families arranging or experiencing
contact must be fully aware of the wide range of issues which
arise and how to handle contact both sensitively and effectively.
