Welsh carers can expect to receive better information and a more joined-up approach from the agencies they deal with under plans. The plans will be the first to be put before the Welsh Assembly following the Carers Legislation Competence Order which was given royal assent last week. The order gives the assembly the ability to legislate on carers matters through assembly measures.
