The prime minister is due to make a big speech on Labour's election platform for health and social care at the King's Fund in London today.

National newspaper coverage trailing the speech has focused on proposals to give cancer patients one-to-one care in their own homes with only the odd reference to the potential social care content (as the BBC has done). Plus ca change on that score I suppose.
