So what else will £400,000 get you?
Well, it could fund practice placements for 800 social workers.
Or how about financing four supervised contact centres for a year?
It would pay for 40,000 food parcels for homeless young people in the UK.
Or provide enough money to run a treatment foster care programme for two years.
Alternatively it would subsidise a Save the Children urban programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo for over six months, to rehabilitate child soldiers and reintegrate street children and other vulnerable children into the community.
Any of the above sound a damn sight better than an epileptic fit.
