Children's secretary Ed Balls has written a letter to be sent to every child in care in the UK. The letter outlines government policy that ensures these children and young people are consulted in future legislation and are properly supported throughout their lives -- from education to finding a job.
Balls' letter is part of the government's Care Matters: Ministerial Stock Report 2009.
