First aid courses to deal with anti-social behaviour and facebook

From the Guardian we have a new report from the Royal Society of Arts which says citizens should be given training, similar to first-aid courses, on how to tackle anti-social behaviour when they see it. Residents on housing estates, youth workers and teachers should be those initially targeted.

From the BBC comments on Facebook's capitulation to install CEOP's panic button (but not call it a panic button).
