Mental health act, practice and real holidays

Mad World is back! Was that really worth an exclamation mark? Probably not but it's done now.

Ok, here goes. The longstanding row about the new mental health legislation could be about to reignite. The Independent reports that lawyers may challenge parts of the Mental Health Act that give new powers to non doctors and widen the scope of compulsory powers.
