What's your five-a-day for good mental health?

There's a new project in the blogosphere called Mindapples, aiming to get everyone thinking about the five things ordinary folk do each day to keep them sane.
Apple.jpgIt seems like a really good idea, and is based on the 5-a-day fruit and veg physical health campaign. There's a little survey you can fill in too, where you can anonymously share what your 5-a-day are.

For what it's worth, here are my five a day

- Have a project or try to learn something new
- Regular exercise
- Don't take things too seriously
- Try to let worries go
- Try to be sociable

Not that I do them every day of course, but I try
