I don't have an answer to this question by the way, but I felt sure someone out there would have a view on it.
I'm prompted to ponder this important issue by the exciting news that Pink has said she would have been a social worker if she wasn't a singer. The feisty songstress was of course addicted to drugs for a time during to childhood, so would bring much needed insight.
This story can only possibly be bested by the news that singer Mariah Carey is playing a social worker in the film Push. The pop diva plays a Harlem social worker ministering to an obese, HIV-positive woman impregnated twice by her father.
So, who would fit best into your department? Would Pink be able to operate within the managerial hierarchy of a local authority? Would Mariah keep all those forms up to date? Alas we can only speculate.

Hi,
I think definitely Pink - she has life experience and appears to have empathy and a drive for social justice. And she wouldn't do all that horrendous warbling during assessments that Mariah would!!!
I'm with you on that one tilly! Warbling wouldn't help at all
