But she was removed almost 20 years ago! Are we going to review every dismissal from every setting however horrific and moan about it or are are we going to get a grip NOW? If there is anything that can be put right retrospectively or needs to be put right, we should do it – quickly but raking over the embers of long gone fires is pointless and teaches us nothing new.
