Mental health and recovery

There's a great post by Social Worker-to-be about her changing understanding of mental health recovery.
My reading has actually forced me to re-evaluate some of my past experiences, and has changed my views on all psychotic experiences as being irrational: with hindsight, I can see my psychotic experiences were my mind re-formulating certain other experiences that I was unable to process at that time.
The post also says that hope is very important, which is a really good point.
