Reading can help cut stress

I get most of my in-depth research findings from Marie Claire.
Actually, I don't. But I did find this item about the benefits of reading  - it can help cut stress levels by 68% apparently.

I guess its the escapism and distraction of it - takes you out of your worldly problems.
