The Personalisation agenda is beginning to make a huge impact across adult services. So we've launched Progress on Personalisation (PoP) to give you all the latest information on personalisation and tell you about practice as it develops on the front line.
We'll have a team of regular PoP bloggers, all based on the front line and supplying regular updates on what's working, what isn't working and what to look out for. They and you can discuss self-directed support and personal budgets and how you adapt them to the needs of different people at the Progress Report blog feed. You can also discuss the personalisation agenda on the discussion forum.
We want the PoP minisite to be a dynamic forum for bright ideas and personal experiences of implementing personalisation, as well as news on policy and the latest initiatives from the Department of Health, the Social Care Institute for Excellence and In Control, among other organisations in the field.
