This is the best excuse yet for a night out. MPs, led Labour's Keith Vaz, are looking for the "best club" in London for cocaine use.
Vaz and his colleagues on the House of Commons home affairs select committee will be getting down with the kidz as part of their inquiry into the cocaine habit.
The club scene could come as a shock to some of them. The Daily Telegraph reports that Lib Dem committee member Bob Russell enjoys "music you can listen to", while his party colleague Tom Brake is a connoisseur of more classical delights.
But what happens if, intoxicated only by the music, one of them unbuttons his waistcoat, throws caution to the wind (in the name of research, of course) and is snapped mid-snort by a redtop photographer? "I didn't inhale" wouldn't work in this instance.
"I was merely breathing", perhaps?
