Tell us what social work management is really like and win a Kindle Fire

Kindle Fire prize draw.jpgHas a gulf developed between high-level decision making and the reality of frontline social work? Do senior managers understand the problems facing frontline social workers? If you’re a senior manager, how confident are you in your social workers? And what makes a good director, assistant director or head of service?

Community Care would like to hear your views on the current relationship between frontline social workers and senior managers – and what impact this is having on services.

Fill out one of our anonymous surveys and you could win a free Kindle Fire tablet and e-book reader (pictured above):

Fill out the survey for social workers and first line team managers

Fill out the survey for senior managers (Directors, assisant/deputy directors, heads of service)

Both surveys will close on 20 February and the results will be revealed on the Community Care website ahead of our supporting managers conference on 13 March, which will look at how managers can successfully drive outcomes from staff.
