Mark Drinkwater
Mark is a community worker and Community Care’s practice adviser. In both roles he is mostly to be found puzzling over how personalisation will ever work properly in a time of financial constraints.
Before moving to London he worked in personalisation-free Wales. He has fond memories of the country, although his recollection of Barry is somewhat different to its portrayal in Gavin and Stacey.
Mark is passionate about things cultural and writes about social care and the arts in his blog Culture Vulture.
